Laos Black Kyara Oud Shell Chunks
Sourced from wild Black Kyara agarwood in Laos, the resinous layers naturally peel off into the soil after being exposed to sun, rain, insect bites and gnawing. They continue to mature in the soil environment, forming fallen-frame shell chunks. The resin is mostly blackish-yellow, and the fragrance is richer and more mellow.
These chunks are thin-shelled with irregular shapes, including flaky, mushroom-like, and conch-like forms. The surface features fine aromatic gland pores, with a clear boundary between the inner and outer layers.
The fragrance may be subtle when smelled raw. When heated in an incense burner, it releases refreshing top notes, followed by honeyed heart notes, and culminates in calm woody base notes with strong diffusion power.

Incense Burning: Extract the inner core and heat it at low temperature without direct flame. The pure, impurity-free aroma fully reveals the authentic charm of Kyara agarwood.
Medicinal Wine: Soak the shell chunks in Baijiu to make agarwood medicinal wine.
Tea Infusion: Use a hook knife to scrape off fine shreds, then steep them in hot water. The fragrance infuses into the tea, helping to soothe the body and mind.
Carving & Decoration: The inner core can be polished into freeform loose beads, spacers, or bracelets. The outer shell can be preserved as a natural ornament, offering dual functions for play and display.
